Rizon Community Housing Foundation Inc. Mission & Purpose Rizon Community Housing Foundation Inc. is a mission-driven organization focused on preserving affordable housing, improving living conditions, and strengthening manufactured housing communities throughout Arizona. Rizon is identifying manufactured homes and communities that may qualify for future rehabilitation, accessibility, infrastructure, safety, and community improvement opportunities. Potential HUD-Funded Opportunities Rizon is exploring HUD programs that may support manufactured housing preservation and rehabilitation, affordability, health and safety improvements, accessibility modifications, infrastructure improvements, and improvements that help older adults safely age in place. Types of Improvements Potential projects may include: Accessibility ramps, handrails, bathroom safety and fall-prevention improvements Necessary home repairs and energy/safety upgrades Rehabilitation or eligible replacement of manufactured homes Roads, drainage, water/sewer and utility infrastructure Common areas, community facilities and other eligible capital improvements What Rizon Needs From Property Owners Initially, Rizon seeks basic information such as the property location, number of homes/spaces, general condition, applicable resident demographics, infrastructure needs, accessibility needs, ownership information, and preliminary improvement priorities. No Cost to Owner Approved grant-funded improvements may be provided at no cost to the property owner, subject to program eligibility and funding requirements. No Commitment to Participate Expressing interest or signing a Letter of Interest does not constitute a construction contract, guarantee funding, or obligate the owner to proceed. Property owners may withdraw their interest in writing at any time without penalty or further obligation. Experience & Capacity Rizon is supported by 12 years of professional construction experience through Ojeda Family Home Builders, LLC, including residential construction, permitting, inspections, contractor management, scheduling, code compliance, Arizona construction requirements, and housing rehabilitation planning. Overall Goal: Rizon's goal is to create safer homes, stronger communities, greater housing stability, and long-term opportunities for residents while combining community-focused development with practical construction experience.
